Buray Khayalat say kesy bachein?

1. Apne khayalat ko tasfiya karein: Apne dil aur dimagh mein ghalat khayalat ko rokne aur sahi khayalat ko istemal karne ke liye mehnat karein.

2. Dusron se madad lein: Agar aap ko apne khayalat se nijat nahi mil rahi, to kisi dost, family member ya mental health professional se madad lein.

3. Apni shakhsiyat ko behtar banayein: Apni shakhsiyat ko behtar banane ke liye kitabain parhen, spiritual activities mein shamil ho, aur apne andar ki khoobiyon ko pehchanne ki koshish karein.

 

 

4. Achhi tarah se khaana khayein aur exercise karein: Sehatmand khurak khana aur rozana warzish karne se aapke dimag aur jism dono ko fayda hoga.

5. Apne liye waqt nikalein: Apne liye waqt nikal kar khali waqt mein kuch achha aur mansooba bana kar kush rehne ki koshish karein.

6. Dua aur zikr karein: Allah se madad mangein aur uski yaad mein zikr karte rahen, jo aapko sukoon aur qarar dega.
