Maulana Ishaq was a great Islamic scholar and speaker from Pakistan. He spent his whole life teaching people about Islam. Early Life

Maulana Ishaq was born in Pakistan in a small village. From a young age, he was interested in learning about Islam. He loved reading books and asking questions. His family was also religious and helped him learn about the Qur’an and Islam.   He went to madrasas (Islamic schools) to study more deeply. He learned the Arabic language so he could understand the Qur’an better. He also studied Hadith, Fiqh (Islamic law), and the history of Islam. Maulana Ishaq worked very hard to gain knowledge.

Education and Knowledge

Maulana Ishaq studied under many big scholars in Pakistan and became a great Islamic teacher himself. He read many books and spent years learning Islamic subjects. His teachers were very happy with him because he was a smart and respectful student.   After completing his education, Maulana Ishaq started teaching other students. He opened his own madrasa and gave lessons on the Qur’an and Hadith. Many students came to learn from him.

How He Helped Islam

Maulana Ishaq gave speeches in mosques, schools, and on TV and YouTube. His speeches were full of knowledge and kindness. He never insulted anyone. He wanted to unite all Muslims—whether they were Sunni, Shia, Barelvi, Deobandi, or Ahle Hadith.   He told Muslims to read the Qur’an with understanding. He said Muslims should follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and love each other. He taught that Islam is a religion of peace and kindness.   Maulana Ishaq also worked to correct misunderstandings in Islam. Maulana Ishaq wrote and translated many Islamic books. He wanted people to understand Islam in the right way. Some of his books include:

1. Tafsir al-Qur’an – An explanation of the Qur’an in easy words.
2. Ahkam al-Qur’an – A book about the rules in the Qur’an.
3. Fazail-e-Amaal (Correction Edition) – He corrected some mistakes found in famous Islamic books using Qur’an and Hadith.
4. Bayaan al-Haq – A series of lectures and writings about the truth of Islam.

Many of his books are used by Islamic students even today. His books are written in Urdu, and some have been translated into English and other languages.

 

Speeches and Dawah Work

Maulana Ishaq gave thousands of speeches during his life. He went to many cities and villages across Pakistan to spread the message of Islam. He also gave speeches in other countries, like Saudi Arabia, the UK, and the UAE. In his speeches, he taught people how to:

Maulana Ishaq was simple and humble. He didn’t wear fancy clothes or live in a big house. He was always smiling and welcoming. He treated everyone with respect, whether they were rich or poor.   He never spoke badly about other scholars. Even if he disagreed with someone, he did it respectfully. He believed that good manners are very important in Islam.   Many people say that Maulana Ishaq was like a father figure. He gave advice, helped people in need, and prayed for everyone.
