Greeting another believer with "As-Salamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh" is a Sunnah and a beautiful act in Islam. It:

• Spreads peace and love among Muslims.

• Strengthens brotherhood and unity.

• Is a means of earning rewards from Allah.

• Is a dua (prayer) for the other person's well-being, mercy, and blessings from Allah.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "You will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another. Shall I tell you something which, if you do, you will love one another? Spread the greeting of peace among you."

اس دعا کی اہمیت 

:جب ایک مومن دوسرے مومن سے ملتا ہے اور کہتا ہے

"السلام علیکم ورحمة الله وبركاته"

:تو یہ نہ صرف ایک دعائیہ کلمہ ہے بلکہ

مسلمانوں کے درمیان محبت اور بھائی چارے کو فروغ دیتا ہے۔

نبی کریم ﷺ کی سنت ہے۔

اس سے نیکی کے کئی دروازے کھلتے ہیں۔

یہ ایک دوسرے کے لیے سلامتی، اللہ کی رحمت اور برکت کی دعا ہے۔

:نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا

"تم جنت میں داخل نہ ہو گے جب تک ایمان نہ لاؤ، اور تم ایمان والے نہ بنو گے جب تک آپس میں محبت نہ کرو۔ کیا میں تمہیں ایسی چیز نہ بتاؤں کہ اگر تم اسے کرو تو آپس میں محبت پیدا ہو جائے؟ تو سلام کو عام کرو۔"
