Surah Ar Ra’d is the 13th chapter of the Quran and this surah consists of 43 verses and this Surah was revealed in Makkah but some scholars think some parts of the surah were revealed in Madina. The Surah talks about how great and powerful Allah is. It tells believers to think about the signs of Allah in the world around them and It mentions things like thunder, lightning, rain and plants growing as examples of Allah’s power and control over everything.
