Surah Hameem Sajdah is another name for Surah Fussilat which is the 41 Surah in the Holy Quran. It is called Hameem Sajdah because it starts with the Arabic letters "Ha-Meem" (حٰمٓ). Also there is a special verse Ayat 38 in this Surah that asks Muslims to do Sajdah when they read it.
