Surah Hijr is the 15th chapter of the Quran and this surah consists of 99 verses and this Surah was revealed in Makkah and is named after the people of Al Hijr which was an ancient group linked to the Thamud and they were destroyed because they kept rejecting Allah’s message. The Surah also talks about Allah’s great power and what happens to those who deny His signs
